Allison Donovan is the Group General Counsel for DaVita Venture Group, where she works across DVG on legal questions that arise in connection with investment, partnership, M&A, and pharma transactions. Prior to joining DaVita, Allison worked at Weil Gotshal in New York City and Hogan Lovells in Denver, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments across industries including sports, tech, and entertainment.
Allison has a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Cellular Neuroscience from Colgate University. She enjoys skiing, tennis, and ceramics.
Fun fact: I am a member of the Board of the Friends of the Colorado Avalanche Information Center, the 501(c)(3) that supports Colorado’s avalanche forecasting operations and education.
