Ingredients
- 2 raw tilapia fillets (5 ounces each)
 - 1 teaspoons olive oil
 - Non-stick cooking spray
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
 - 1/2 cup Grilled Pineapple Salsa
 
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare DaVita’s Grilled Pineapple Salsa. Set aside.
 - Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brush each fillet evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is fork tender and flakes. Place each fillet on a plate and top with 1/4 cup of the Grilled Pineapple Salsa.
