Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
 - 1/3 cup peach jam
 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, heat ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
 - Serve hot sauce over meat or poultry.
 
Helpful hints
- Add Tabasco® sauce for a spicy version.
 - Substitute apricot jam for peach jam.
