Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 

Preparation

  1. In measuring cup, whisk all ingredients.
  2. Toss dressing with salad and serve.

Helpful hints

  • Homemade salad dressing is easy to make and is much lower in sodium compared to commercially prepared salad dressing.
