Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1/2 bunch fresh dill
- 3 scallions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Peel, seed and dice cucumber and red pepper.
- Chop dill and scallions.
- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
Helpful hints
- Use low-fat sour cream if desired.
