Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 ounces lime gelatin mix
- 2 cups canned pineapple tidbits, packed in juice
- 8 ounces whipped topping
Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, sprinkle dry gelatin over cottage cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix whipped topping and drained pineapple together.
- Fold whipped topping and fruit mixture into cottage cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
