BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 cups apples
  • 3/4  cup seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4  teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2  teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Cube cooked chicken. Dice celery and apples. Cut grapes in half.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, apples and grape halves.
  3. Add mayonnaise, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir to coat ingredients.
  4. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Helpful hints

  • Serve Chicken Salad as a sandwich filling or as an entrée salad over lettuce.
