Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit liquid sweetener
  • 8 ounces coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into fun glass, garnish with a strawberry, and enjoy!

Helpful hints

The heavy cream can be replaced with coconut cream for a dairy free option.

Refrigerated coconut milk is located near the milk alternatives in the store cooler.
