BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Chorizo and Egg Tortilla

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chorizo
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 corn tortillas, 6-inch size

Preparation

  1. Cook 1/4-cup portion Easy Chorizo in a skillet on stove top, chopping meat into fine crumbles with a spatula.
  2. Drain excess fat and water, if needed. Once meat is thoroughly cooked, add 1 egg, stirring to combine as egg is cooking.
  3. Serve with 2 corn tortillas.
