Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chorizo
- 1 large egg
- 2 corn tortillas, 6-inch size
Preparation
- Cook 1/4-cup portion Easy Chorizo in a skillet on stove top, chopping meat into fine crumbles with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat and water, if needed. Once meat is thoroughly cooked, add 1 egg, stirring to combine as egg is cooking.
- Serve with 2 corn tortillas.
