Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, seedless
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 sprigs mint leaves
- 1 lime (for garnish)
Preparation
- Cut the lime into slices. Cut the watermelon into large chunks and measure 2 cups.
- Place the watermelon in a blender along with 2 lime slices and blend until smooth.
- Use a sieve to strain the mixture and pour into 4 cups. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices and serve.
Helpful hints
- Replace sugar with stevia sweetener to reduce carbohydrates to 12 grams.
