Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup club soda
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils (seeds)
- slice of lemon for garnish
Preparation
- Add pomegranate and lemon juice to a small glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Add in pomegranate arils and garnish with lemon.
Helpful hints
- Pomegranate juice is limited to 1/4 cup in this recipe. One cup of pomegranate juice contains over 500 mg potassium.
- Substitute cranberry juice for pomegranate juice if preferred. Potassium is decreased to 46 mg.
- Add a small amount of your favorite sweetener for added sweetness.
