Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons whole cloves

Preparation

  1. Pour juices and water into a coffee percolator.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in the percolator basket.
  3. Perk just like regular coffee, until perking stops. Serve warm.

Helpful hints

  • No percolator? No problem. Use a saucepan to heat ingredients to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
