Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Lemonade LiquaCel™ Protein supplement
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1 lime slice

Preparation

  1. Combine  liquid protein, cranberry juice and ice. Stir well with spoon.
  2. Add 2 ounces of club soda (or to taste).
  3. Garnish with a lime slice.
