Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup orange sherbet
- 1/2 cup low-cholesterol egg product
Preparation
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Divide into 2 servings.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later.
Helpful hints
- Low-cholesterol egg product is pasteurized. It is safe to consume without cooking. Do not use raw eggs.
- Pasteurized egg whites can be substituted for low-cholesterol egg product.
- Rice milk may be substituted for almond milk. Avoid milk substitutes that contain phosphate additives.
