Ingredients

  • 6-1/2 cups cold water
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 6 scoops vanilla EAS® 100% whey protein powder

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/4 to 1/2 of recipe at a time in a blender (depending on size of blender) for 20 seconds to blend the protein powder in well.
  2. Serve cold and enjoy!

Helpful hints

  • Recipe makes about 1/2 gallon. Store remaining beverage in a covered pitcher.
  • EAS whey protein powder used in the nutrition analysis contains 26 grams protein for 2 scoops. If you use a different brand of whey protein adjust the amount to provide approximately 156 grams protein for the recipe. Ask your dietitian about other protein powder options.
  • Substitute strawberry or chocolate whey protein powder for a different flavor beverage.
