Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • slice of lemon for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add pomegranate and lemon juice to a small glass.
  2. Top with club soda.
  3. Add in pomegranate arils and garnish with lemon.

Helpful hints

  • Pomegranate juice is limited to 1/4 cup in this recipe. One cup of pomegranate juice contains over 500 mg potassium.
  • Substitute cranberry juice for pomegranate juice if preferred. Potassium is decreased to 46 mg.
  • Add a small amount of your favorite sweetener for added sweetness.
