Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, seedless
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 sprigs mint leaves
  • 1 lime (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Cut the lime into slices. Cut the watermelon into large chunks and measure 2 cups.
  2. Place the watermelon in a blender along with 2 lime slices and blend until smooth.
  3. Use a sieve to strain the mixture and pour into 4 cups. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices and serve.

Helpful hints

  • Replace sugar with stevia sweetener to reduce carbohydrates to 12 grams.
