Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sherbet
- 1/4 cup low-cholesterol egg product
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 3 tablespoons whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 ice cubes
Preparation
- Blend ingredients in a blender for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Divide into two servings. Serve one now; freeze the second serving for later.

- Ask your dietitian to recommend an acceptable brand of protein powder.
- For flavor variations try strawberries, raspberries or blackberries instead of blueberries.
