Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 8 ounces hot coffee
  • 2 tablespoons flavored liquid coffee creamer

Preparation

  1. Place 1 scoop protein powder in a coffee cup. Add coffee, and stir with a small wire whisk until dissolved.
  2. Add flavored coffee creamer.

Helpful hints

  • Add ice for Iced Café au Lait. Count in fluid allowance if you are limiting liquids.
  • Add additional sweetener of choice if desired.
  • Refrigerate leftover morning coffee to easily make this treat any time of the day.
