A few years ago when I was traveling around the country, I bought a cookbook from every city I visited. I love reading the recipes and learning more about the favorite foods from each area. One of my favorite recipes is the All American Mini S’mores Pies. With only 4 ingredients, this simple dessert is broiled in the oven or toaster oven for just 1 minute. Plus, it tastes like the S’mores you toast over a camp fire.
