Some of the things our cookbook crew discovered during recipe development includes how easy it is to make DaVita Mexican Street Corn

During our photo shoot we had fun creating a street food look for the Falafel recipe. We were thrilled with the grill marks on the Mexican Street Corn and Jamaican Jerk Chicken. But the best part was sampling the street food recipe leftovers after our photographer picked the best selections to shoot.

More than Recipes

In addition to recipes, the Today’s Kidney Diet Street Food Favorites cookbook offers tips to stay on track with a kidney diet when you sample street foods. It contains a guide for where to find food trucks and events serving street foods. Plus there are street food safety tips that will minimize your risk of getting sick. New to this cookbook is a map showing where the recipes originated from—places around the globe.
