Ingredients
- 8 ounces canned crushed pineapple in juice
- 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
- 8 maraschino cherries
Preparation
- Drain pineapple and oranges well.
- Once drained, mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill overnight.

- Use fruit canned in syrup for a higher calorie dessert if you need to increase your calorie intake.
