This was good. Can I use this making fried chicken? Would you know the sodium level for a 4-pound cut-up chicken? Thanks. Dietitian comment: I suggest using it mixed in with flour for coating the chicken before frying. A 4-pound chicken minus the bones weighs around 3.7 pounds. Each ounce of chicken meat has approximately 15 mg sodium so for the whole chicken sodium is around 890 mg.

I like it, I will try it very soon, anything with low or no sodium is my friend.
