BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoning blend

Preparation

  1. Wash cauliflower and cut florets from stem.
  2. Pulse cauliflower pieces in food processor until it has a grain-like consistency.
  3. Warm butter in a saucepan and add spices.
  4. Add the cauliflower rice and cook over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. “Fluff” with a fork and serve.
