BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Tilapia with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 raw tilapia fillets (5 ounces each)
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare DaVita’s Grilled Pineapple Salsa. Set aside.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brush each fillet evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish is fork tender and flakes. Place each fillet on a plate and top with 1/4 cup of the Grilled Pineapple Salsa.
