Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 

Preparation

  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. 
  3. Pour over meat of choice. Refrigerate meat while marinating, up to 24 hours.
