Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Mince garlic.
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Pour over meat of choice. Refrigerate meat while marinating, up to 24 hours.
