Ingredients
- 2-1/4 tablespoons nonfat powdered milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 4 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Emeril’s® Italian Essence Seasoning
Preparation
- Sauté garlic in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until a smooth consistency is attained.
- Weigh finished sauce and divide by 10 to determine serving size weight.
Helpful hints
- Store extra portions in the freezer in 2 ounce portion cups.
