Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 tablespoons nonfat powdered milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 4 ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Emeril’s® Italian Essence Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Sauté garlic in butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until a smooth consistency is attained.
  3. Weigh finished sauce and divide by 10 to determine serving size weight.

Helpful hints

  • Store extra portions in the freezer in 2 ounce portion cups.
