Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons dried granulated garlic
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix spices together in a small jar or bowl.
  2. Store in a small jar or container for up to 6 months.
  3. Use as an everyday seasoning in cooking and on entrees, vegetables and salads.

Helpful hints

  • Create your own personal seasoning blend by adding other spices such as oregano, cumin or dried lemon or lime peel.
