Ingredients
- 1 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried celery leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Blend ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Store until ready to use.
- When ready to use, dip fresh meat into margarine or oil, then coat with coating mix, one piece at a time.
