Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut up garlic. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.

Helpful hints

  • Turmeric is said to contain anti-inflammatory properties.
  • You can also use an immersion blender to blend ingredients.
  • To save time mince garlic first, add ingredients and shake well in container.
