Ingredients
- 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Cut up garlic. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
Helpful hints
- Turmeric is said to contain anti-inflammatory properties.
- You can also use an immersion blender to blend ingredients.
- To save time mince garlic first, add ingredients and shake well in container.
