Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1-1/2 cups chicken breast,cooked
- 1-1/2 cups seedless green grapes
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- Thaw lemonade concentrate. Dice chicken. Cut grapes in half, and slice celery.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, lemonade concentrate and spices.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Chill before serving.
Helpful hints
- For variation substitute turkey for chicken and use purple grapes.
- Adjust chicken if you need a higher or lower protein meal.
