Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint or 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- Wash and dice the cucumber; chop the fresh mint. Place the cucumber and mint in a bowl.
- Add the olive oil, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Refrigerate to chill. If desired, add a splash of vinegar before serving.
