Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Mince garlic clove.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a salad dressing flask. Chill until ready to serve.
Helpful hints
- Use lemon juice instead of lime juice if desired.
- Dressing keeps for up to one week in the refrigerator.
