Ingredients
- 2-1/2 ounces cooked roast beef
 - 1 slice red onion
 - 1/4 red bell pepper
 - 4 cucumber slices
 - 1 romaine lettuce leaf
 - 1 flour tortilla, 6-inch
 - 1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
 - 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash herb seasoning blend
 - 1/2 cup grapes
 - 10 almonds, unsalted
 
Preparation
- Slice the roast beef and cucumber; chop the onion and bell pepper. Remove rib from romaine lettuce leaf.
 - To prepare the beef rollup, spread cream cheese on the tortilla. Layer roast beef slices and vegetables on top. Sprinkle with herb seasoning.
 - Roll tortilla up like a jelly roll and cut into 4 pieces.
 - Place rollup, grapes and almonds on a plate or in divided lunch container.
