Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice
- 3/4 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/4 cups water
Preparation
- Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
- Mix together the pineapple, rice, reserved pineapple juice & water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, until all of the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
