Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-1/4 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Place ice in blender
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Turn speed to crush or liquefy

Helpful hints

  • May be prepared in ice tray or Popsicle® holders.
  • Add sugar or sugar substitute for extra sweetness.
