Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized bagel
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup low cholesterol egg substitute
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° F. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
- Break bagel into small pieces and place in baking dish.
- Mix together almond milk, egg product, sugar and cinnamon together, then pour over bagel pieces. Set aside for a few minutes until the bagels absorb the liquid.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until browned on top. Serve warm or cold. Add whipped topping if desired.
