Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
 - 1 tablespoon crumbled goat cheese
 
Preparation
- Beat the eggs in a bowl; pour them into a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
 - Add black pepper and dill weed to eggs.
 - Cook until eggs are scrambled.
 - Top with crumbled goat cheese before serving.
 
Helpful hints
- 1/2 cup low cholesterol egg product can be substituted for 2 eggs for a lower fat and cholesterol dish. Cholesterol is reduced to 11 mg, fat 4 mg, and phosphorus 73 mg.

 - Substitute one tablespoon fresh dill for dried dill weed if desired.
