Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation
- Beat eggs slightly. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, and salt.
- Mix until blended; will not be smooth.
- Gradually fold in flour.
- Drop by 1/4 cupfuls well apart into hot oiled pan or onto non-stick griddle.
- Cook until dry and brown around edges. Flip and brown other side.
Helpful hints
- Suggested toppings include jam, jelly or canned fruit. Top with extra sour cream if desired.
