Ingredients
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shelled clams
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce
Preparation
- Crack eggs in bowl and use whisk or fork to beat.
- Add clams and cornstarch. Stir.
- On low heat, warm oil in pan. Add mixture.
- Cook on low heat until eggs are no longer runny.
- Remove from heat and top each portion with 1/2 tablespoon sweet & sour sauce.
