BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
  • 3 tablespoons whipped topping

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix until whipped topping melts completely

Helpful hints

  • People with diabetes can substitute stevia, Equal®, Splenda® or other sugar substitute if desired. Carbohydrate is reduced to 5 grams per serving if sugar substitute is used instead of sugar.
