Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
- 3 tablespoons whipped topping
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix until whipped topping melts completely
Helpful hints
- People with diabetes can substitute stevia, Equal®, Splenda® or other sugar substitute if desired. Carbohydrate is reduced to 5 grams per serving if sugar substitute is used instead of sugar.
