Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit punch concentrate
- 1 liter diet lemon lime soda
- 1 pint sherbet lemon or lime flavor
Preparation
- Place soda in a punch bowl or a large mixing bowl.
- Add fruit punch concentrate and stir.
- With an ice cream scoop add sherbet.
- When sherbet starts to melt stir and serve.
Helpful hints
- Look for frozen fruit punch concentrate, not fruit punch juice.
- Fruit punch already made in jugs, boxes or cartons generally has added phosphorus. Which is why frozen fruit punch concentrate is recommended.
