Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- Cinnamon for dusting
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
Helpful hints
- Replace sugar with desired substitute for a lower carbohydrate drink.
