Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces pasteurized liquid egg white
- 3 tablespoons whipped cream topping
Preparation
- Combine cinnamon and sugar.
- Add 2 ounces egg whites. Mix well.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Add balance of egg whites and stir.
- Add whipped topping and mix until dissolved.
Helpful hints
- Low-cholesterol egg whites is pasteurized. It is safe to consume without cooking. Do not use raw egg whites.
- People with diabetes can substitute sugar-free sugar substitute if desired. Carbohydrate is reduced to 6 grams per serving if sugar substitute is used instead of sugar.
