Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse or blend until berries are smooth.
