Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 8 packets of Splenda®
- 6 tablespoons of protein powder
- 8 ice cubes
- 14 ounces of apple juice (no added sugar)
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Helpful hints
- Protein will vary depending on the brand of protein powder used and the amount of protein per tablespoon. You may want to adjust the amount of protein powder to provide more or less protein.
