Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Cut cooked eggs in half lenght-wise. Carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Finely chop shrimp and add to mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper to egg yolks. Mix until ingredients are combined.
- Fill egg white halves with shrimp and yolk mixture.
Helpful hints
- Choose from fresh, frozen or unsalted canned shrimp.
- Chill eggs before serving. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
