Ingredients
- 4 celery rib (medium 8-in)
- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly
Preparation
- Trim the celery rib ends.
- Fill each celery rib with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
- Spread jelly on top of the peanut butter.
- Cut each celery rib into 3 pieces and serve.
Helpful hints
- Use any flavor of jelly or fruit spread.
- Place peanut butter and jelly in plastic bags, snip the corner and pipe onto the celery logs.
- To reduce sodium to 38 mg per serving use unsalted peanut butter.
- Cover and refrigerate leftover celery logs. They will keep for 2-3 days.
