Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mint jelly
- 30 low-sodium crackers
Preparation
- Open cream cheese and place entire bar onto a serving plate.
- Spread jelly on the top of the cream cheese.
- Serve with low-sodium crackers or flat bread.
Helpful hints
- Prepare the night before or right before serving. It’s very easy and inexpensive!
- You can use any jelly flavor, but green is nice for St. Patty’s Day. Try jalapeño pepper jelly for an extra kick.
