Ingredients
- 2 rice cakes
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 medium apple
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate arils (optional)
Preparation
- Slice apple into 4 to 6 wedges.
- Spread each rice cake with one tablespoon of cream cheese
- Top rice cakes with apple wedges, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pomegranate arils.
