Ingredients

  • 2 rice cakes
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 medium apple
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate arils (optional)

Preparation

  1. Slice apple into 4 to 6 wedges.
  2. Spread each rice cake with one tablespoon of cream cheese
  3. Top rice cakes with apple wedges, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pomegranate arils.
